Authentic Expression
There is nothing more beautiful then to look into eachothers eyes and see the whole version of one another. To move into your body without thinking what you are doing. To hold space for witnessing the other moving into the soil and heavens of themselves. In my container this could be your beloved. It could also be me. These sessions can be shared with your partner or with me only. You will sink in the depth of the vessel. Of the emotion. You will start feeling what is there. Sometimes even without knowing what is there. The body moves into intention and the breath follows. The body expresses what lays underneath. Without any judgement the energy comes up. The space will hold it. It will be vulnerable and beautiful at the same time. The emotion can be anything. The feeling can be huge or tiny. Without thinking, the body knows. Without using any word, the body will express. You will explore parts of yourself and one another that you did not know yet. You can be surprised by what you experience inside. You can be touched by what you see in front of you. Authentic expresson is so beautiful. It could be that you fall more in love with yourself and eachother. You will understand the language of your body more. Of your feelings. Of your desires. Of your hurt. Of your light. Your shadows and parts that you prefer to hide. You will learn to understand yourself and eachother more without talking. Just with moving. With feeling everything that is there. With experiencing it in a conscious way. With watching eachother being vulnerable. Exactly this is beautiful. This is the part where people fall in love. There is this spark that you will catch when you watch eachother, feeling the body. Feeling the pain inside. Feeling unhidden layers opening to light. Expressing something in front of eachother. Without performing. Something real. Something uncomfortable. Something precious. It is like showing a secret diamond part of yourself. It can feel sensitive and naked, without being naked.
